At the end of a long day, Seamless always seems like the easiest option. Unfortunately, it isn't the most affordable way to eat night after night. While cooking at home requires a little more planning ahead, there are lots of kitchen gadgets that make the task less daunting. With literally a touch of a button, you can have espresso, soups, stews, and more ready to go, morning and night. Heck, you can even get a week's worth of hard-boiled eggs without touching the stove. We are living in a magical time.

The rise of the smart kitchen has arrived and is here to stay. And while Samsung's new Wi-Fi-enabled fridge is meant more for homes than apartments, all of these picks are perfect for your tiny urban space. Click through for seven of our favorite finds.

An electric wine bottle opener isn't a necessity, but it does make struggling with corks a thing of the past. Press a button and your bottle of rosé will be ready for you to enjoy, hassle-free.

As anyone who has even tried to get a perfect spiral orange peel knows, it's no easy task. But now there's the Dash Go peeler. The battery-powered device strips fruits and veggies of their peels like no one's business, so you're ready to cook or have a snack in seconds. The peeler also automatically turns off when the peeling is done.

Thanks to 1,500 watts of power, this electric kettle is one of the fastest out there for boiling water when you're cooking or making tea. It has a light that turns on when your water is ready to go, and automatically shuts off so that the water doesn't go from hot to evaporated.

Whether you like your eggs hard-boiled, soft-cooked, or poached, this gadget can do it. Cook up to seven eggs at a time (the poaching tray holds three), and have a fancy brunch or your weekday breakfast ready to go in a flash.

Gourmia's robotic cooker is one of a few robotic "chefs" that people are starting to buzz about. While others, such as Moley Robotics' prototype, look straight out of a Terminator set, Gourmia is closer to a Crock-Pot in appearance. But it's much easier to use: Just prep your veggies and meat, toss them in the machine, and select one of ten preset options (everything from stir-fry to bake to roast). You don't need to add oil or even stir — the device takes care of everything. Prep aside, this might actually take less time than Seamless.

Nespresso's first smart coffee machine delivers everything you want for your morning brew. Using an accompanying app on your phone, you can easily do things such as preprogram brew times and re-order capsules. And, for an additional $50, you can get a Prodigio with a milk attachment that will let you create lattes and other espresso drinks that will really help you get out of bed (and save money on that coffee-shop habit).

The June Intelligent Oven looks like a microwave, works like an oven, and has the high-tech wiring of a laptop. The oven can measure your food and recommend the best cooking program; and lets you monitor what's cooking through an app on your phone. Yes, the price is high, but given that you're basically buying a computer for your food, it might be worth it.
