This Is The One Workout Playlist You Need This Month

Sometimes getting motivated to exercise can be harder than the workout itself. That's why it helps to think of your gym time as a middle school dance — you're going to feel awkward and hug the wall until a really great song comes on.

With that in mind, we're rounding up our favorite tracks for workouts, from fresh remixes to old favorites. This week, Karen Lord, owner of Karen Lord Pilates Movement, shares ten of her favorite tracks with us (#11-15 on the Spotify playlist below). Lord chooses the music for her NYC studio based on what will "keep you moving at a steady pace, feeling alive, inspired, so you can get lost in the music and still feel focused on your workout."
